Strategic Air Services is currently seeking an HVAC Installer to join the team!

Job Summary:
The HVAC Installer is responsible for providing timely and quality installation of customers' products Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (Condensers, Coils, Furnaces, Ducts) while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Salary: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: Full time, 8-hour shifts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2+ years HVAC related experience required
- Driver's license required
- Ability to learn and use Service Titan Software
- Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including weekends and some holiday
- Ability to work independently with or without guidance
Responsibilities:
- Performs timely and quality installation of new units
- Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, or test various products
- Works as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer
- Maintains high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely customer resolution
- Maintains the highest level of service standards and communicates openly with Director of Operations and Technicians to assist as needed
