This is a salary position, but you will be paid for over time. You will be assigned On call weekends in advance. You will get a company take home truck and company paid cell phone.

Job Descriptions
Techs:
- Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, and equipment, according to specifications and local codes.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and lubricating parts to ensure efficient system operation.
- Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and controls. Repair or replace defective components as needed.
- Inspections: Conduct inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance or repairs.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing their HVAC concerns, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, equipment specifications, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
- 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Understanding of principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
- Working knowledge of boiler systems. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
- Ability to work in hot and cold conditions
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
