ARS/Rescue Rooter, part of American Residential Services is the largest provider of residential services in the US.
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The technician will also be responsible for providing excellent service while adhering to safety standards and company policies.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide field service support for clients, addressing their HVAC needs promptly and professionally.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly as a van driver when traveling to job sites.

Qualifications :
- At least 3-4 years of RESIDENTIAL HVAC experience.
- EPA Certification and TDLR (Certification assistance may be available).
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid drivers license with good driving record.
