Immediate need of an experienced Building Automation Systems Service Technician. Job duties include troubleshooting, repair and service of Building Automation Systems.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized and self-sufficient.
- Minimum 2 year’s experience or technical training.
- Rotating on call for emergency service required
- Applicant should be self motivated and able to work overtime as needed.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams and circuits. Candidate should have a back ground in Building Automation, HVAC, or the electrical field for this position.
- Must be able to troubleshoot electrical controls with a multi-meter.
- Knowledge of temperature control systems, air conditioning / heating systems (HVAC), computer systems, electronics or networked applications.
- Experience with systems / software such as Tridium, Andover Controls, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Reliable, CSI, TAC, Siemens, Automated Logic, Schneider Electric or Alerton is a plus.
