Position Overview: As part of our strategic expansion into the commercial HVAC sector, we are seeking a highly skilled and licensed HVAC professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold the necessary HVAC licenses and have a proven track record in project management and estimating within the commercial HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Licensing: Maintain and uphold all necessary HVAC licenses required for commercial projects in Colorado.
- Project Management: Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead for HVAC projects. AIC Builds
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our existing plumbing team to integrate HVAC services, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all HVAC work complies with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid HVAC contractor’s license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC project management and estimating.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
