Position Summary
As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, employee performance, and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for an individual with proven leadership skills and extensive experience managing HVAC service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, schedule, and manage daily operations, including dispatching, service calls, and project timelines.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving service issues, and maintaining high service quality.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage department budgets, labor costs, and profitability while achieving financial targets.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance service procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Training & Development: Facilitate ongoing training for technicians to maintain certifications, expand skills, and stay updated on industry advancements.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce a safe work environment, adhering to OSHA standards and company policies.
- Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials at competitive prices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an HVAC Service Manager or equivalent leadership role within the HVAC industry.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, service protocols, and industry standards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of technicians.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and achieving profitability goals.
- Certifications: HVAC EPA certification is a requirment
- Technology: Proficiency with service titan software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
