We are seeking skilled HVAC Installers and Technicians to join our team.
We are currently building a pool of qualified HVAC Installers & HVAC Technicians for upcoming opportunities in commercial HVAC installations. While an immediate opening is not available at this moment, we hire candidates right away so that we are prepared to fill positions as soon as they become available, sometimes on short notice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for providing exceptional service. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will contribute to creating comfortable environments for our clients while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC units.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure proper installation and functionality of systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Assist in property maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing and appliance repair.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Familiarity with HVAC design principles and installation techniques.
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- EPA Universal certification required for technicians.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
