Job Title: HVAC Recruiter
Location: Broomfield, CO (In-Office, with Remote Capabilities as Needed)
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 based upon experience
This is a direct hire opportunity. Panel 4 drug screen required (THC excluded).
AimHire is partnering with a well-established company in the HVAC industry located in Broomfield, CO, to find a skilled and motivated Recruiter. This is a direct-hire position with a competitive salary and an opportunity to grow with a reputable organization.
Job Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting technicians to fill key roles within the organization. Initially, you’ll handle around 10-15 requisitions, with a focus on preparing for the busy summer season. Once these positions are filled, you will manage ongoing turnover requisitions (3-4 roles at a time), typically recruiting for the same types of positions. This role requires someone who can quickly jump into the recruiting process and source quality candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting for technicians and other essential roles.
- Manage around 10-15 requisitions at the start, eventually shifting to ongoing recruitment for turnover roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong fit.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to locate and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience (preferably in high-volume or technical roles).
- Ability to quickly learn and execute technician recruiting, even without direct experience in the industry.
- Paycom experience (preferred)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates through various channels.
- Must pass a drug test (THC excluded).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
