We are looking for a Rock Star Residential HVAC technician for our small shop. Ideal candidate is looking for a LONG TERM position. We are a great group of people to work with who work hard and play hard. We need help and want you to grow with us. Those with leadership experience, and apprentices looking to step into leadership roles are strongly encouraged to apply! Position is available to start immediately! Our primary focus is residential service and installations. Only accepting applicants that live in the Denver Metro area.
Please have the following Technician Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience installing residential HVAC equipment
- Must have a great team attitude with good communication & customer relationship skills
- Self motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
- Well groomed, and able to pass a background check
- Clean MVR required
- Fun, Hard working, Dependable, Honest, Career minded
- Have basic hand tools and gauges for the trade

Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in air conditioning units.
- Performing calculations to execute HVAC design plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
