HVAC Technician Qualifications
- 5-7+ year of experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience required
- EPA Universal require
- Chiller experience required
- Chiller OEM certifications preferred
- Experience with the Daikin brand preferred

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Install/repair/replace various systems: Chillers, hydraulic, steam, radiant, and high efficiency heating
- Install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for heat & hot water systems
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
