*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to effectively manage resources and achieve organizational goals.
*Duties*
- Take the lead in overseeing all operational functions, including distribution, inventory accuracy, customer service, branch administration, and inside sales.
- Empower your team through effective training, coaching, and development, fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Promote seamless communication between sales and other departments to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Commit to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining meticulous record-keeping standards.
- Drive continuous improvement by embracing change and proactively addressing discrepancies with effective solutions.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Share best practices across teams, branches, and senior management to strengthen overall company performance.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and customers, enhancing the branch and company’s reputation.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by upper management, contributing to the overall success of the organization
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily workflow of the branch.
- Provides constructive and timely feedback on employee performance to include disciplinary action.
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in partnership with HR.
*Education & Experience*
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven leadership and management experience: previous experience as a branch manager is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent computer skills including strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff at all levels; good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, good reasoning ability and sound judgement.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift with company certification.
