Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to estimate commercial projects and then overlook the project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid technical background in HVAC systems. This role requires effective project coordination and time management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards and within budget.
Duties
- Review projects and create estimates.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Send out material request from Foreman's to vendors.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC installations to ensure quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with contractors and other trades to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Handle all calls from clients and foremen.
- Assure all projects are meeting turn over date.
- Schedule and coordinate with all subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and contract management.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC systems are a plus.

Pay: $83,221.00 - $110,000.00 per year
