We are seeking a General Manager with at least 8 years of leadership experience to oversee and optimize all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations in Phoenix. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Oversee and mentor a team of managers and staff, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on results, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, enhance automation, and reduce operational costs while improving overall productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and team development.
- Ensure that all operational KPIs are met or exceeded, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on the apparel industry.
- Proven track record in team management, including hiring, training, and developing talent.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and automation technologies (experience with AutoStores is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative leadership style with a strong ability to motivate, influence, and guide teams toward success.
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
