Looking for Maintenance Technicians that are centrally located in the Denver Metro Area.

Our Colorado-based company is looking for a Maintenance and Service Technician with knowledge of Commercial HVAC, Hot-side Equipment, and Refrigeration Equipment to join our team.
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, complete general repairs and landscaping tasks at restaurants such that Good Times and Bad Daddy’s locations are maintained in a condition of new. A Maintenance & Service Technician performs troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial food service equipment including, but not limited to, Grills, Fryers, Ovens, Hoods, Dishwashers, Refrigeration Equipment (Coolers, Freezers, Walk-In Coolers & Freezers) beverage equipment, and HVAC systems.
Responsibilities/Duties
Daily tasks will vary day-to-day based on service calls and projects, but will frequently include the following:
- Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- General and preventative maintenance of facilities like lighting assets, keeping worktables and sinks silicone in place/health department and company standards.
- Providing technical direction and on-the-job training to junior members on the team.
- Logging all maintenance activities into Facilities Maintenance Software and maintaining refrigerant dispensing records to meet federal EPA requirements.
- Ability to use computer-based monitoring and control devices in maintaining and troubleshooting HVAC systems.

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work autonomously with integrity and with minimal direct supervision, while promptly completing assigned tasks.
- Proficient with power tools including welders.
- Plumbing and/or electrical certifications are a plus.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with restaurant personnel in a pleasant manner.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Knowledge of High Voltage AC Power (3 Phase)
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of refrigerant recovery.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment, plumbing, utilities, distribution systems, and controls, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and wiring.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Type I and Type II EPA Refrigeration Certifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration and restaurant equipment repair
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HVAC repair
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000.00 - $80,000.00.

Working Conditions
- 45 - 50 hours/week
- Ability to work evenings on an emergency basis and be on call every third weekend.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and reach above and below waist.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds up to 25 feet. Occasional lifting and carrying, with or without assistance, of items up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to work in damp and/or humid conditions, coolers/freezers at freezing temperatures, moving mechanical parts, heated surfaces, liquids, and risk of electrical shock.
- Ability to work on ladders and roofs.
