Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. This is a commission based role where customer service and sales techniques are key. Must be highly sales and customer service motivated with excellent communication skills. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and drain systems, and the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial applications.
Responsibilities
- Close deals for high dollar plumbing and drain repairs and pass off project successfully to excavation team.
- Diagnose, estimate and complete plumbing and drain repairs.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electrical and HVAC technicians, to complete projects efficiently.
- Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects, ensuring accurate material and labor assessments and follow processes for approvals and scheduling.
- Operate commercial vehicles as needed for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
- Adhere to safety standards while performing heavy lifting and working with various tools and equipment.

- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.

- Attention to detail and the ability to test installations and repairs thoroughly.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to plumbing systems.
- Capability of performing heavy lifting as required by job duties.

Pay: $1.00 - $3,500.00 per week
