General Manager (GM) – Luxury Vacation Rentals
Looking for a motivated individual to lead our guests' experience at our luxury vacation home rentals in Scottsdale.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead our Guest Services staff (guest service managers, housekeeping and maintenance)
- Ensure guests receive services according to our standards
- Scheduling (cleaning tasks, inspections, maintenance work)
- Review/audit daily tasks (cleaning, inspections, maintenance)
- Reporting progress and deliverables to managing directors
- Curate guest feedback
- Inbound and outbound communication with guests
- Typical work schedule 9AM - 6PM Monday through Friday
- Available to work when needed, including some weekends, holidays, and nights.
- You must:
- Strong guest/customer service skills
- Have great time management and organizational skills.
- This position requires balancing competing priorities on a day to day and minute by minute basis. We rely on you to balance those priorities and kick into action with your organization skills to manage the workload.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Prefer a candidate with experience in hospitality, property management, or building maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
