Club Pilates Dominion is looking for a competitive, motivated and driven General Manager to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the NW San Antonio area, near the Dominion. For managing just the Dominion location, the pay range (base plus commissions and bonuses would be $67,000 - $80,000/ year depending on drive and skill set. If the individual shows the drive and skill set that would enable them to run two studios successfully (with our forthcoming Boerne location set to open in August of 2025) the opportunity to earn greater than $90,000+/year is there!
POSITION: The General Manager will oversee all studio functionality from sales to studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of sales or relevant sales experience preferred (lots of phone calls required)
- Confident in generating personal sales and supervising/training Sales Reps
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and personal training.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
- Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- An affinity and passion for fitness
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- College Degree Preferred
- This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with some nights and some weekend availability so that you're becoming the "Face of the studio."
DUTIES:
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes and develop relationships over the phone
- Sales of memberships, personal training and retail.
- Manage staff schedule
- Teach and Supervise Sales Representatives to ensure they're helping us attain goals
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Any other duties as assigned
Administrative Duties:
- Setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards
