Job description
Real Estate Company looking to hire a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for Class A office building.
- Maintain/repair building equipment and systems which include; RTU's / Chillers / BMS
- Ensure that building systems are running as efficiently as possible, regarding energy efficiency.
- Assists in operation and maintenance of computerized building management system, including documentation of preventative maintenance, HVAC system schedule and service logs, and maintenance of generators, plumbing, electrical service, life safety and other building systems.
- Coordinate scheduling and work of on-site contractors to ensure minimal disruptions to tenants and their work. Review services provided by outside contractors to ensure the highest quality performance of the equipment at the assigned properties to maintain values of the properties Follow up and monitor tenant improvements Keep all mechanical spaces neat, orderly and clean.
- Make minor plumbing, electrical repairs.
- Respond to tenant service requests, including emergency calls, as needed, after business hours.
- Basic computer skills, ability to respond to emails in timely manner.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by Management.
- Assist Property Management team with Project Management tasks including bidding out work, following up with contractors, and monitoring progress on on-going projects
- Ability to work at 3 separate properties as needed all within close proximity
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

- Remote Web-Based BMS w/ Graphics / Full Control of Equipment
- Sprinkler / Standpipe / Fire Alarm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
