The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances for our customers. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for diagnosing and fixing appliance issues, we encourage you to apply for this position. ## Duties: - Conduct diagnostic assessments on a wide range of appliances to identify issues - Repair and service appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens - Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve appliance malfunctions - Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on appliances efficiently and effectively - Drive a box truck for transportation of tools, equipment, and appliances as needed - Provide exceptional customer service during service calls and interactions - Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of services ## Skills: - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly - Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical diagrams - Knowledge of equipment repair techniques for various household appliances - Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting methods - Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair appliance issues accurately - Experience as a Delivery Driver or operating a box truck is advantageous If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a background in appliance repair or related fields, we welcome you to apply for the position of Appliance Technician with us.
