Role: Sales Representative – HVAC Business
Compensation: $50,000 base salary + 5% commission on sales
Location: Birmingham, MI
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including those previously handled by the GM and prior owner.
- Follow up on quotes and estimates proactively to ensure a high close rate.
- Organize existing quotes, input them into the system, and provide insights to improve sales forecasting and hiring strategies.
- Develop and implement systems and processes for sales operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, such as restaurant accounts and after-hours services.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close sales.
- Experience in HVAC or a similar technical service industry preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to follow-ups and forecasting.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
