Job Summary
We are seeking out 2 potential partnerships with a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our Advosy Home business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, construction plumbing, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
Ideal Scenario:
We are ideally looking for an owner/operator plumbing business to invest in and employ/partner up in the long run, but are also open to contracting for ongiong jobs as well. We have an HVAC company looking to acquire a local plumbing operation with a skilled plumber, where Advosy Home will handle all business operations and pay a salary plus profit sharing and run the business side of things while the skilled Plumber will focus on the work they do best! Additionally, we have a restoration company seeking an ongoing contract plumber.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform construction plumbing tasks such as building and assembling plumbing structures.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians to ensure integrated system functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues related to water supply, drainage systems, and fixtures.
- Weld pipes as necessary for specific installations or repairs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes throughout all projects.
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and welding techniques is essential.
- Experience in reading blueprints or schematics for plumbing installations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
- Background in construction plumbing will be beneficial for this role.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
