Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, construction, and remodeling, with the ability to work effectively in various Homes. This role requires mechanical knowledge and knowledge in residential plumbing, ensuring that plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed for transporting materials and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
- Weld pipes and fixtures as required for specific installations.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and tools.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for effective installation and repair tasks.
- Experience in construction plumbing with a focus on both new builds and remodeling projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with plumbing work.
- Familiarity with welding techniques for pipe installation.
