Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and technical expertise in HVAC systems, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Review project schematics and blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
- Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Train and mentor HVAC technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid, Prolog, Bluebeam, and ProCore for project management and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and timelines.
Skills
- Proficient in Civil 3D for design purposes.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Experience with project scheduling tools to manage timelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with project management principles to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
