Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HVAC experience in residential service
- 1+ year(s) of leadership experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Customer service oriented
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- EPA universal
Key Responsibilities:
- Run a van for service and support of the other technicians
- Manage field service technicians and ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Coordinate with clients to deliver excellent customer service
