Computer Sites is a well established mechanical/electrical contractor located in Denver ,Co. We currently have a opening for a well qualified commercial HVAC service technician .
We are seeking a highly skilled, well organized, customer oriented service technician that has experience in large commercial buildings and data center process cooling.
Job duties:
- Perform service calls and preventative maintenance on large commercial equipment and data center process cooling
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the Hvac system from wiring diagrams and schematics
- Maintain company safety policies and procedures
- Perform overtime as needed and on call duties dictates
- Work closely with supervisor to develop and maintain daily schedule
- Keep company vehicle clean, organized and stocked
- Maintain company tools to work at optimum levels
- Keep daily paperwork organized and turned in on time
- Communicate and present a professional presence
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- 5 years of Commercial HVAC experience
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- EPA 608 refrigerant certificate
- Clean driving record
