Responsibilities:
- Maintain all commercial kitchen, beverage and fuel dispensing equipment and facilities in good working order.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with the store team members and the customers.
- Work efficiently using good routing and time management skills to quickly prioritize repairs.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment according to established safety procedures.
- Maintain the proper mechanical ability needed to safely address work orders based on technician trade assignment.
- Follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 2 years of general maintenance, commercial kitchen, beverage, and fuel systems.
- Mechanical aptitude including a basic knowledge of electronic equipment, electrical schematics, carpentry/tile repair, plumbing and painting.
- Ability to install, repair and maintain basic equipment.
- Ability to maintain grounds and facilities associated with any QuikTrip location.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours which can include overnights, holidays, and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving history.
