We are seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, team performance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations for Installation and Service, ensuring seamless execution, efficient scheduling, and superior customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HVAC technicians, installers, and supervisors to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with leadership to develop operational strategies, budgets, and KPIs to drive company profitability and growth.
Implement and maintain safety and quality standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Resolve escalated customer issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships and a strong company reputation.
Optimize workforce utilization, manage inventory, and control project costs for maximum efficiency.
Assess team skill levels and implement training programs to upskill employees and support career growth.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience with a proven understanding of HVAC systems, processes, and technology.
At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience, leading and developing technical teams.
Strong knowledge of HVAC operations, project management, and safety compliance.
Demonstrated success in driving team performance and achieving business goals.
Proficiency in operational tools, scheduling software, and reporting.
Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
