Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor of Heavy Duty Construction Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and assembly. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the assembly and repair of heavy-duty construction equipment.
- Provide expertise in diesel mechanics, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Oversee assembly and disassembly of equipment components as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to support project needs and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or lead mechanic in heavy-duty construction equipment.
- Strong knowledge of diesel mechanics, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
- Experience with equipment assembly and disassembly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
