```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance projects
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, low voltage electrical systems, and project management principles
