A few of your main duties:
- Work with the Property Manager to assess needs and priorities for maintenance to keep the property in the best possible condition
- Monitor and complete preventative maintenance procedures
- Assist with the coordination of purchasing tools and supplies necessary to keep property in best possible condition
- Diagnose and repair appliances
- Maintain courteous communications with residents, staff, and vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Have your own hand tools
- HVAC Certification a big plus!
- Knowledge of carpentry, appliances, electrical, and plumbing
- Must be able to work independently and also as a valuable team asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
