We are seeking a versatile and reliable Groundskeeper/maintenance person for our 4th street restaurant location. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. As an on-call Groundskeeper, you must be available to respond to emergency situations outside of regular business hours when needed.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the restaurant's facilities and grounds
· Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
· Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
· Maintain and repair kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators
· Ensure a safe and clean work environment by performing cleaning and custodial duties
· Work with outside contractors to complete more complex repairs and installations
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role in a commercial setting
· Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Available to be on-call and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and perform manual labor
