Position: Repair Technician - Refrigeration Units
About Us: Force TK, Co. specializes in temperature control solutions for transport. We're hiring an Intermediate to Advanced Repair Technician to maintain and fix Thermo King and Carrier refrigeration units.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently diagnose and repair Thermo King and Carrier units.
- Troubleshoot complex refrigeration, electrical, and control issues.
- Collaborate on effective repair strategies with the team.
- Mentor junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 1 year repairing Thermo King and/or Carrier units.
- Strong grasp of refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Proficient in diagnostics tools and manuals.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license.
