Journeyman Electricians Needed – $32-$38/HR | 40+ Hours/Week | Overtime Available
Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking five experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team for upcoming projects. The anticipated start date is within the next 1-2 weeks, and these positions offer competitive pay between $32.00-$38.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role will involve 40-hour workweeks with overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Installations
- Install and repair wiring, fixtures, and electrical equipment in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
Troubleshooting & Repair
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime in commercial and industrial projects.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow local, state, and federal electrical codes, including Dixie Certification requirements, while maintaining strict safety protocols.
Project Coordination
- Work collaboratively with other trades, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any required inspections.
Qualifications
License & Certification
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
Technical Skills
- Strong ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and industry codes.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
