Job Title: Commercial Manager - Industrial Lubricant and Grease Markets

Job Description:
As the Commercial Manager for Industrial Lubricant and Grease Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market share, increase sales, and build strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to identify market opportunities, create business plans, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales and profitability in the industrial lubricant and grease markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.
- Collaborate with the commercial and operation teams to create and manage sales plans, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand customer needs and market trends, providing insights that inform product innovation and improvements.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts, distributors, and partners to secure contracts and long-term agreements.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and strengthen our brand presence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a commercial or sales management role, preferably within the industrial lubricant, grease, or related markets.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of the industrial lubricant and grease markets, including key players, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and develop actionable insights and strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $83,400.00 - $108,700.00 per year
