Job Title: General Manager
Location: Houston, TX.
Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of home health services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives to drive growth in patient care services.
Build partnerships with healthcare providers, community stakeholders, and industry partners.
Drive quality improvement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and service delivery.
Lead and manage the senior management team to ensure efficient and effective organizational operations.
Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth organizational function.
Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
Monitor progress toward strategic goals and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new programs and services to expand the organization's offerings.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-performing, motivated workforce.
Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Implement risk management strategies to protect the organization’s assets, reputation, and compliance.
Promote professional development and continuous learning opportunities for staff to enhance skills and performance.
Play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including upselling services and acquiring new clients to drive revenue growth.
Support the growth of the business by assisting in the opening of new home health locations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
8-10 years of experience in healthcare or a related field, with proven leadership experience.
An established book of business is highly preferred.
Strong sales-driven approach with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

Expertise in healthcare compliance, including CHAP and Medicare regulations.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong financial understanding and experience in overseeing the operational and financial aspects of an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
