Job Summary
Peachstone Contracting Firm LLC Is seeking skilled Tradesman's to join our elite operations team. The ideal candidates will have a diverse skill set and experience in various construction tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. The Tradesman will work on-site, collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to execute construction plans and maintain safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, and concrete finishing.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Lay tiles and install glass as needed for various projects.
- Apply caulking in appropriate areas to ensure proper sealing and insulation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process.
Skills MUST HAVE 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction tasks.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
- Experience in caulking, tile laying, glass installation, drywall, and concrete finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
