Job Summary
Peachstone Contracting Firm LLC Is seeking skilled Tradesman's to join our elite operations team. The ideal candidates will have a diverse skill set and experience in various construction tasks. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. The Tradesman will work on-site, collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to execute construction plans and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Execute a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, and concrete finishing.
Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Lay tiles and install glass as needed for various projects.
Apply caulking in appropriate areas to ensure proper sealing and insulation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during the construction process.

Skills MUST HAVE 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction tasks.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction.
Experience in caulking, tile laying, glass installation, drywall, and concrete finishing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics effectively.
Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety measures.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
