Commercial HVAC Technician Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC Service & repair experience required
- Experience with water heaters, roof top units, boilers, pumps, split systems
- EPA/CFC certification preferred
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Working on water heaters, roof top units, boilers, pumps, split systems, repair and determine refrigerant leaks
- Troubleshooting and start up on heating equipment, service equipment, repair and determine refrigerant leaks
- Fill out service tickets after each job
- High and low voltage installation
- High and low votive installation, piping works, determine parts
- Braising and treading
- Troubleshooting and start up on heating equipment
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
