AIY Properties has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician for our apartment community in the Cleveland, Akron and Canton areas to ensure our apartment HVAC and Boiler systems remain in good working order.
Working on the HVAC and Boiler systems of high-rise apartment buildings requires a special set of skills.
HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
- HVAC certified to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and cooling units.
- HVAC Technician experience to diagnose and repair of mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
- Must have a minimum of two years HVAC and/or Boiler experience within an apartment or residential community.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Physically fit to lift and/or move 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
