HVAC Technician:
This full-time HVAC Technician will service our portfolio of residential, office, and light industrial buildings throughout the Cleveland area. The candidate will also offer guidance and training to our maintenance and other HVAC personnel. We are a locally owned real estate firm seeking the right candidate who wants a career with our growing team.
Primary Duties:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform maintenance and repair on a variety of HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of building automation systems and their components
- Respond to service requests through mobile work order system
- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- Help lead and guide other technicians to achieve the company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned that do not necessarily pertain to HVAC.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems.
- EPA Type I and Type II certification.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
- Ability to work from ladders.
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
