We’re currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Washbay Manager to join our team and oversee all washbay operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
As the Head of Washbay, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of our customers' vehicles. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Vehicle Cleaning: Thoroughly wash and clean vehicles, ensuring they meet high standards of presentation.
- Shuttling: Safely shuttle customers and vehicles to and from the collision center as needed.
- Pre and Post-Scan Cars: Conduct pre-repair and post-repair scans of vehicles to ensure proper functioning and diagnostics.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and order supplies, ensuring the washbay has the necessary materials for daily operations.
- Team Leadership: Oversee any washbay staff or assistants, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean environment, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in an automotive washbay or detailing environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies, tools, and other equipment as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
