Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our national sales team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling HVAC products and solutions directly to mechanical contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers. This role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both existing and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a high-performance sales team across multiple regions.
· Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and support new location launches.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and industry stakeholders.
· Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
· Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
· Prepare sales forecasts, and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and build a network of contacts.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on HVAC products and solutions.
· Proven track record of successfully selling directly to mechanical contractors and engineers.
· Experience leading a sales team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge of HVAC industry trends, products, and regulatory standards.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to travel nationally as required to support sales efforts.
Physical demands and work environment:
· Work is primarily remote with frequent travel to various regions across the U.S.
· Successful candidate must be able to operate standard office equipment and use a computer to access, input, and retrieve information.
· Frequent travel required to attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, including managing sales efforts in person.
