Your Day-to-Day:
- Inspire Excellence: Lead, coach, and mentor a talented team of HVAC installers to exceed customer expectations.
- Own the Department: Take charge of planning, scheduling, and executing installations with efficiency, safety, and quality at the forefront.
- Elevate Standards: Oversee job site activities, ensuring every project aligns with our commitment to exceptional service.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with sales, service, and operations to deliver seamless project execution.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in HVAC installation or project management, with proven leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- Certifications: EPA required; NATE certification preferred but not a dealbreaker.
