Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with hand and power tools. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of pool equipment, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. In addition to pool equipment, our team members will install high pressure misting systems and patio heaters. Responsibilities
- Install pool equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair various pool-related equipment as needed.
- Install and maintain misting systems and patio heaters (electric & gas units).
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the pool industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
