We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead and oversee our dealership's sales team. The GSM will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
Oversee all sales activities, ensuring sales targets and goals are met or exceeded.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
Monitor sales team’s progress and performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Customer Experience:
Ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout their purchasing experience.
Resolve any customer concerns or complaints quickly and effectively.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the dealership.
Team Development:
Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for success.
Develop and implement ongoing training programs for the sales team.
