We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Manager for one of our dealerships in Miami. A minimum of 2 years experience as General Manager of new car dealership is required.

The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all departments of the dealership, ensuring that our business objectives are met while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
What are we looking for? A hands on, energetic leader with the ability to develop, motivate and retain top performing new and used-vehicle sales teams while aligning with the company processes and culture. Local candidates only. Hyundai, Chevrolet, Infinti (or Nissan) experience a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management and accountability to perform at the highest levels. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture and can align with our values and mission. Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to communicate goals, objectives, and operational updates.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all departments to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans for continuous improvement. Manage inventory, production, and supply chain processes to optimize resource utilization. Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
