Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and schematics.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment using tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and system functionality.
Skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics related to HVAC systems.
- Strong background in field service operations within the HVAC industry.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices related to heating and cooling systems.
- Ability to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in installing and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Familiarity with refrigerant handling and air conditioning system operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
