Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in various sectors.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance for optimal system performance.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve HVAC issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work with the team to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient with hand tools, electrical meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to create and use technical documents and work packages.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and customer communication skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to work independently.
- EPA Universal Certification and 5 years of experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
