Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a thorough understanding of schematics and design principles related to HVAC/ systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring our customers hvac equipment is working efficiently and that their concerns have been resolved.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and appliances.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and field service personnel to complete projects efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC/R systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and appliance repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license
- Certification or licensing in HVAC
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Being bilingual is a plus English/Spanish
