Mbroh Engineering is a construction management firm specializing in risk management, quality assurance, and construction inspection services for large infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking multiple Senior Level Inspectors with specialized experience in heavy industrial, construction, electrical, and MEP systems. Position Overview:
We are looking to hire Senior Commercial Construction Inspectors, Senior Electrical Inspectors, and Senior MEP Inspectors to join our expanding team. In these roles, you will provide oversight and inspection of relevant systems on complex infrastructure projects, ensuring that all work meets project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards. As a key part of our inspection team, you will collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure quality control and timely completion of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of commercial electrical installations.
- Ensure construction activities meet project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Identify and document non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor the installation and testing of relevant systems (heavy industrial equipment, electrical systems, or MEP systems).
- Review project documentation, including plans, submittals, and inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve quality concerns.
- Track progress and provide daily inspection/progress reports.
- Support project teams in managing timelines, identifying potential delays, and ensuring critical milestones are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on heavy industrial, electrical, or MEP systems (depending on the role).
- Journeyman electrician license.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific systems and installation processes.
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, NEC, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse project teams.
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CWI, ICC, or trade-specific certifications) are a plus.
- Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
- ATSER experience a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors, at height.
- Strong communications skills.

Pay: $47.00 - $57.00 per hour
